This data cannot be used to identify you personally.All journal entries and personal preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave it unless you choose to export them.Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.No health data is collected or shared.If you contact us via email, we may receive your email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
